Kelly joined Warren Real Estate in 2014 as the Relocation Director and Manager of the then new Vestal, NY office becoming a leading real estate company in the Southern Tier.  Since then, she has played an integral part of the continued growth and success of the company as we have expanded into Elmira, Horseheads, Corning, Sayre, Watkins Glen.  As our service area has increased so has our ability to provide the corporations and businesses around us with outstanding relocation services to grow their business.  Our Relocation Department now works with over 50 Relocation Management Companies and is a proud recipient of many greatly coveted industry awards based on conversion, quality service and attention to detail.

Always working toward exceeding our client’s expectations, in 2022, Kelly dedicated her time and efforts to achieve the highly respected Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) designation from the World Wide ERC®.  The Worldwide ERC^® Certified Relocation Professional (CRP^®) designation is the only credential dedicated to identifying professionals that demonstrate a broad understanding of managing employee mobility within the United States.  The designation is achieved through work experience and professional society engagement, studying a defined body of knowledge, and passing a comprehensive examination.  It validates a professional’s knowledge and skills related to Corporate Relocation.  Kelly is a member of the Relocation Directors Council® whos members are dedicated to achieving results through their commitment to ongoing education, perseverance, and professionalism.

Originally from Binghamton NY, relocation, recruiting and corporate partnership was embedded in her life through her parents.   Her mother, a REALTOR® with a boutique real estate firm serving corporate executives and families throughout the Southern Tier and her father, a prominent physician, were both engaged in all aspects of the community in various leadership positions and civic organizations. Their belief in serving the community and commitment to its growth and wellbeing is the driving force of Kelly’s continued commitment to success and involvement.

Kelly graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Vermont, she lived in various cities across the United States and Canada and as far away as Helsinki Finland but always spent the offseason on Quaker Lake in Brackney, PA.  While traveling for 17 years and raising two daughters and a son, she ran a successful event planning business that specialized in themed events and invitations.

In 2003 she relocated permanently back to Binghamton NY, where she started her career in real estate with a locally owned national franchise.  As a Recruiter/Trainer in the Ithaca and Binghamton markets for 6 years, she was responsible for the hiring, training, and recruiting of real estate agents with the firm.  In 2010, she was promoted to Director of Business Development and Relocation Coordinator.
